We are a small office, but we can do all the marketing that a big office can. We post properties we list for sale immediately on our local MLS (advertises to other agents), and we cooperate fully with all other offices in the area if they find a buyer for your property. Listed properties will be immediately on the internet on our own web site (2 domain names, www.PrestRealty.com and www.PaysonAZHomesforSale.com) and on a national site (www.Realtor.com). We produce our own virtual tours which will be on the internet and can also be sent by CD to any interested buyers. We advertise in our local paper and the most popular homes magazine. Because we work with only a few properties for sale at any given time you will like the level of attention we can give to your property and to you.
