Investing in Real Estate in Payson, AZ

There are many lower (as compared to a year ago) properties available right now. Site-built houses under $200,000, and double-wide manufactured homes under $150 are not too uncommon. Have property prices "bottomed-out"? WHO KNOWS! But the prices are definately getting better for investors.

  • how "rentable" is the property,

  • how desirable is the neighborhood,

  • is there an HOA (home owner's association),
    and if so, are they tenant-friendly,

  • how restrictive are the CC&Rs,

  • how much maintenance may the home need,

  • does the home need any immediate maintenance,
    or are there any safety/liability issues,
