Prices in Payson are coming down SOMEWHAT, but not across the board. There are, however, a few bargains to be found.
If you are looking for rental property, the rental market remains good for low to middle range properties. Higher end (near $1000 and over) properties, however, are renting slowly. There are so many properties in the category for rent right now that there is more supply than demand for them.
